MVM Asia is the group name used to refer to various country organisations that belong to and operate under MVM Rail (Thailand) Ltd. Where beneficial to the project, MVM establishes a subsidiary company in the country in which it is operating, with these companies reporting back to MVM Rail (Thailand) Ltd. Over the years MVM has established operating companies in Malaysia, Taiwan and Mongolia.
